Mission

Solving Kids’ Cancer is a non-profit charity dedicated to improving survival for the deadliest pediatric cancers through novel clinical research. SKC finds, funds and manages new clinical trials of novel treatments with the goal of being more effective and less toxic than the status quo.

What We Do

Solving Kids’ Cancer is a unique organization made up of parents and like-minded cancer scientists who share the viewpoint that the system which serves children with the deadliest pediatric cancers through research is not sufficiently effective.

Working together, the organization has developed and implemented a model to improve survival by finding, funding and managing novel clinical research studies with high impact, less toxicity for young bodies and the potential to change the treatment paradigm.

Since 2008, SKC has launched 26 clinical research projects introducing 19 new treatment options for kids fighting the most difficult to treat childhood cancers. SKC has 14 Charity Partners worldwide and funding projects have reached 30 collaborating Institutions.

100% of public donations fund clinical research, SKC operating expenses are provided by a committed board of directors.
