Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DOES CATCHAFIRE WORK WITH ORGANIZATIONS?
Catchafire vets organizations to ensure they are ready to take on skills-based volunteerism (SBV). Then, Catchafire partners with the organization to conduct a needs assessment, helping them understand and articulate their needs. We then go through project planning with the organization to identify and structure a well-defined project. Finally, we post the project on our platform and let the magic of our technology find the ideal professional for the organization.
CAN CATCHAFIRE WORK WITH MY COMMUNITY OF GRANTEES OR NONPROFIT PARTNERS?
Absolutely. Catchafire will work with the nonprofit partners you wish to engage in your corporate SBV program and will source projects tailored to their needs. Our dedicated Account Management team will work with the organization to conduct a needs assessment and determine the best projects.
WHAT IF MY EMPLOYEES HAVE SKILLS THAT AREN’T ON YOUR PROJECT MENU?
That’s not a problem. We have a project menu of over 70 projects, and counting. We are able to develop project templates that fit the skills of your employees, so no one has to be excluded from participating.
WHAT KIND OF REPORTING OR METRICS CAN THE TALENT SOLUTION OFFER?
We provide customized reporting tied to the metrics you wish to see in your SBV program. Our technology allows us to systematically collect metrics that can lend insights into: employee engagement levels, employee satisfaction, community impact, to name a few! We will partner with you to determine the metrics you would like us to report on throughout your program.
